It's to do with the ink. Law dictates that a different ink must be used after page 631 - I believe they add a hint of lemongrass to it and it messes with the overall taste of it.
Also the white pages taste better than the yellow ones.....Why is it that page 525 of a telephone directory always tastes better than page 719?
