Ex Directory New Home Telephone Number?

My telephone number is ex directory. The reason for this is because I was being harrassed so I changed my number. The person has now somehow got hold of my new number. None of my friends or family have given the number 2 him. My work also have not. Is there a website where people can find out details like new ex-directory phone numbers. I live in the United Kingdom.Ex Directory New Home Telephone Number?
There is no way to get and ex directory number at all, if your trying the only way would be a staff member at your service providers side of things but that would be a sack-able offence so a little unlikely I would guess.

Most likely is the 3rd party has been given in unwittingly by some one.

BT if they are your service provider will change it for you.
This may be a long shot, but have you by any chance had cause to phone the person in question yourself for anything since the number was changed? If so, did you withhold your number when you called?

Ordering an unlisted (ex-directory) line does NOT automatically mean that the line is configured to withhold the caller ID on outgoing calls as well. You need to request that separately. So if you did not request CLID to be set to withhold by default, and you called the person without dialing 141 first, then he would have been able to get your number via caller ID or 1471.
