No, it is impossible, that's why people are ex-directory. If it is a matter of life or death the operator may be able to connect you without giving you the number.
NO - thats the point of ex-directory.



some people are listed as 'unlisted but given out on enquiry' which means they are NOT in the books but you can get their number by calling the directory enquiry numbers. (this avoids cold calls from sales companies and is the way we are listed).

Operators will not connect you to unlisted numbers, and the numbers do not appear in the directory assistance listings. The operator can only see the number if the operator is called by someone at that number.

Only if you work for the phone company in billing department.It is impossible to get an unlisted number
No its impossible. Directory Enquiries do not have listings for Ex DQ numbers, only, but only in an emergency would you try contacting an Operator and telling them the reason why,who would then phone the person, explain the situation and ask them if they will take the call.
