Hi, Not sure if you want for the British Virgin Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, but same process as below;

I just went to google and typed; "british virgin islands telephone directory" and got the links to the directories..white pages and yellow pages. The same is true for the U.S. virgin islands i.e. just search google for "us virgin islands telephone directory"

Generally, you can find telephone books for other areas at any large local library.



IIRC, you can get a phone book from a foreign area by calling the phone company for the area you are wanting to get the phone book and they will send you one.
